Art director, Illustrator, painter, and animator Diana van Houten does not shy away from dark themes in her personal work. She enjoys working in both rough and refined painting styles, digitally or with brush. In doing so, she often creates a connection between humans and animals to translate her inner world onto paper—frequently in conflict, searching for contrast. Diana graduated from the Utrecht School of the Arts (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht), Illustration Bachelor of Design, in 2010.
